A great opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a growing façade and walling systems specialist. The successful individual will have a background working in a specification / Technical sales role in the construction product sector.
Area Sales Manager Position Remuneration
- Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Area Sales Manager Position Overview
- Report to the Sales Director
- Responsible for developing specifications and opportunities within both the New Build and Refurbishment sectors.
- Selling construction products into this market
- Liaise with architects, consultants, main contractors, developers and specialist façade installation contractors at all levels.
Area Sales Manager Position Requirements
- Understanding of the construction process and market.
- Minimum 3 years working within a construction specification / technical sales role
- Knowledge of the facades and cladding market.
- Experience of engagement with architects, consultants, main contractors, developers and specialist façade installation contractors.
- Ideally Midlands / North West based
